The hotel is in a really convenient location, making it easy to get to shopping and public transport. The rooms are small and a bit cramped, and I found the noise level quite high, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good. I do wish the room conditions were better, but overall it’s worth considering if you want to save some money.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were very tiny and felt a bit smelly with old furniture. If you're over 5'5", be ready for your feet to hang off the beds. It was also quite noisy; I could hear someone snoring next door.
Service
9.0
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed assistance for shopping or ticketing, they were always there to lend a hand.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, not only for shopping but also for reaching both airports easily. It's close to various cafes and attractions, making it a great base for exploring Buenos Aires.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was pretty good with options like fresh pastries and warm eggs. However, try to get there before 9:00 AM, especially on weekends, as it tends to get very crowded.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were pretty basic, and the overall condition felt a bit outdated. It would be nice to see some improvements in that area.

7.2/10

I had a decent stay at the hotel, which had a great location for dining, shopping, and nightlife. The rooms were average, a bit outdated, and sometimes noisy, but the staff was friendly and helpful. While the dining options were good for breakfast, the overall experience felt a bit lacking in certain areas. The value for money was fair, but some aspects could definitely use improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were a bit outdated and varied in size. I did find two that had tea-making facilities, which was nice. However, they were average-sized for a European hotel and quite noisy, making it hard to sleep at times.
Service
8.0
The staff was kind and very polite. They were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance, which made my stay more pleasant.
Location

The location was excellent and extremely central, making it convenient to explore nearby cafes and tourist attractions. I loved that I could easily walk to both Recoleta and Palermo.
Dining

The breakfast was pretty good with options like fresh pastries, orange juice, yogurt, and warm eggs. However, I felt there could have been a bit more variety.
Facilities

While there were some nice amenities, they didn’t really stand out as luxurious. The hotel provided basic facilities that met my needs but nothing exceptional.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great for enjoying the local dining and nightlife, but the rooms need improvement as they smelled musty and had some maintenance issues. The service was a bit lackluster, but the dining options were decent. Overall, I think the hotel has potential but it could use some upgrades and a friendlier staff approach.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were kept clean, but they smelled like mildew and had some issues like a broken heater and a toilet door that didn't close properly.
Service

The service was not the friendliest, and it felt like the staff were just going through the motions. They moved furniture but didn't clean up properly.
Location

The location was excellent for eating and shopping, conveniently close to Av Corrientes which connects you easily to other parts of Buenos Aires.
Dining

The dining experience was fine, with pretty good pastries and fresh juice, though I felt they could have done better with breakfast selections.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, but the rooms left a lot to be desired with noise issues and cleanliness concerns. The service was friendly overall, but there were moments that could have been better. On the bright side, the dining options were decent and provided a nice variety. Considering the price, I expected a bit more quality.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite noisy, and I could hear everything from snoring to people passing by the door. There were cleanliness issues too, like the curtains having holes and some unpleasant smells from the pillows. For the price, which exceeded $70 per night, I expected better.
Service
6.0
The service varied; some staff members were friendly and helpful, but there were instances where I struggled to get a satisfactory room during the initial days of my stay.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent for eating, shopping, and nightlife. It was conveniently close to Av Corrientes, making it easy to navigate around the city. Nearby cafes and tourist attractions added to the overall experience.
Dining

The dining experience was pretty good, with a selection of fresh pastries, orange juice, and a variety of breakfast options. However, it wasn't the highlight of my stay.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. It felt like they were just okay, meeting the basic needs.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby cafes and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made a real difference. Unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired, as they were noisy, not very clean, and had some maintenance issues. Overall, the value for money just wasn't quite there due to the shortcomings in the room quality.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite noisy, and I could hear snoring from the neighboring rooms. They also had a dirty feel, with a broken heater and a toilet door that wouldn't close properly. Unfortunately, they smelled like mildew and the linen was disappointing.
Service
9.0
The service was a highlight of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, whether it was providing information about shopping or assisting with tickets for a soccer match.
Location
10.0
The location was excellent, with plenty of cafes and tourist attractions nearby. It was very convenient for shopping and public transportation, making it easy to get around the city.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a mixed bag. While the breakfast had some decent offerings like warm eggs and good pastries, I found the coffee to be the worst I've ever had.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were basic and didn't stand out during my stay. I didn't utilize many extras, so I can't comment much beyond that.
